How long is the tour?

The tour is approximately 90 minutes long; only land tours are offered currently.

Do we have to stop and wait for people to get on and off during the tour?

No, tours are nonstop fun!

Is there a guide on board?

Yes, every tour is conducted with an amazing local tour guide.

Are there restrooms on board?

No, we recommend using the bathroom before joining us on our adventure around the city or you will have to wait for after the tour is over. We do NOT make any stop the tour has started.

Is there parking nearby?

There is free parking on the streets and a parking lot at the pickup location. Here's a quick link. pnp logo

Are babies free?

No, please see our price list for ticket details.

Is there stroller or wheelchair storage?

Yes, the crew may bring it on board or lock and store it at the departure location.

Where do I get tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online or over the phone. Tickets can also be purchase with card only on site.

Can we bring food or drinks?

Food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on tours.

How early should I arrive?

At least 15 minutes prior to departure. Allow more time for large groups and during holidays.

What should I wear?

Bring a jacket or sweatshirt escpicially during the months between October - April.

Do the tours run in bad weather?

The captain may cancel tours at any time if hazardous conditions are present. Please see Terms and Conditions for policy.

How many seats are available on each tour?

30 people

Are there group discounts?

Yes, if your group is larger than 30. Please call our office in advance, (989) 338-3825.
